FK HERMES POWERCARS is an independent luxury mobility and business-development origination platform covering automotive interest, yacht charter and yacht acquisition interest, and corporate mobility. It is not a vehicle dealer, importer, distributor, lessor, insurer, credit provider, registration authority or licensed adviser, and it is not a licensed yacht broker, yacht dealer, charter operator, charter broker, ship agent or maritime adviser, unless and until such a role is separately licensed, evidenced and published. It does not act as agent for any provider unless a written authorisation exists and is recorded.

The platform holds no vehicle stock and no yacht fleet. Categories, models, sizes and specifications shown describe customer interest only. No availability, allocation, configuration, price, charter window, berth, crew, lead time or delivery date is offered, promised or implied.

No manufacturer, importer, dealer, group, yacht agency, yacht broker, charter operator, owner, manager or marina is represented as an official, approved or authorised partner of FK HERMES POWERCARS. Discussions in progress are not partnerships. Any future partner reference will be published only after a written authorisation is recorded with an evidence reference.

Where a yacht charter or acquisition interest is referred, the yacht owner, manager, agency, broker or charter operator remains the contracting provider unless a separate written agreement establishes otherwise. Nothing here guarantees yacht condition, legal title, flag, registration, berth, crew, insurance, charter availability, a charter licence, VAT or other tax treatment, delivery, import or export clearance, sanctions clearance or financing. Maritime and cross-border use remains subject to contract, insurance, flag, port and coastal-state rules and local law.

Any market reference, including Ticino, Switzerland, Monaco or other European markets, is a development target unless an authorisation with a recorded evidence reference exists. All services are subject to partner coverage, jurisdiction, contract, insurance, licensing and local law.

All brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used, if at all, only as descriptive references to customer interest. No third-party logo, badge, photograph or other protected asset is used on this site. All graphics are original.

No outcome is guaranteed, including vehicle or yacht supply or availability, price, delivery date, financing or leasing approval, insurance cover, vehicle registration or number plates, residency or immigration status, company formation, tax treatment, or permission for cross-border use. Cross-border use always remains subject to contract, insurance and local law.

No referral fee, commission or revenue share is assumed or payable. Any such economics require a signed written agreement with the relevant provider.

No payment, deposit, reservation fee or card data is requested or collected through this platform. Any future payment arrangement would be documented separately and is not active.
