Provisional · version v1-provisional
Privacy notice.
Data minimisation is the design principle: the platform collects only what is needed to assess and route a request, and deliberately excludes sensitive categories.
The data controller is to be verified before commercial activation. This notice is provisional and will be reissued with a new version number once the contracting entity and representative are confirmed.
1. What we collect — automotive and corporate requests
Your name or alias, business email, country of residence, company status, vehicle category and optional model interest, budget band, intent, timeline, intended primary country of use, and your consent timestamp with the privacy notice version. Internal notes and pipeline stage history are added as your request is assessed.
2. What we collect — yacht charter requests
Your name or alias, business email, country of residence, intended charter region, desired date or window, duration band, guest count band, yacht size or experience preference, budget band, purpose (private, corporate or event), and your consent timestamp with the privacy notice version. Nothing more.
3. What we collect — yacht acquisition requests
Your name or alias, business email, country of residence, target region, yacht size band, new build or pre-owned or undecided, budget band, timing, intended private or corporate ownership, and your consent timestamp with the privacy notice version. Nothing more.
4. What we deliberately do not collect
No passport or identity documents, no bank or card data, no payment data, no health data, no source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documentation, and no document uploads of any kind, on any of the request flows. The platform has no upload function. Where identity or funds verification becomes legally necessary, it is handled separately by the party with the legal obligation, not on this platform.
5. Why we process it
To assess your request, to run compliance, territory and jurisdiction checks, and — only where a written authorisation exists and you are informed — to refer your request to an authorised provider. Processing is based on your consent and on our legitimate interest in operating a documented business-development process.
6. Sharing
Requests are not sold, published or shared for advertising. A request is shared with an authorised dealer, importer or lessor, or with an authorised yacht agency, yacht broker, charter operator, owner or manager, only where a recorded written authorisation and an agreed referral scope exist for that provider, service line and territory. Technical hosting and database providers process data on our instructions.
7. Retention
Request data is kept while it is being assessed and for as long as needed to evidence the lawfulness of our process. It is deleted or anonymised when neither purpose applies.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy of your data, or withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. Requests are made through the contact route published with the confirmed contracting entity.
9. Security
Access to request data is restricted to authenticated team members with an assigned role. Access rules are enforced at the database level, including which fields only an administrator may change. Public visitors can submit a request but cannot read any request data back.
