How FK HERMES POWERCARS proposes to work with a yacht agency, broker, charter operator, owner or manager. This is a proposal document only. It does not evidence, announce or imply any existing partnership, mandate or authorisation.
Status disclosure. No yacht agency, broker, operator, owner or manager is a partner of FK HERMES POWERCARS unless a written authorisation is recorded and the corresponding platform flag is enabled. No agency or individual is named publicly, no logo is used without permission, and no inventory, rate or availability is published. Public display of yacht partner names is disabled. Charter referral is disabled. Purchase referral is disabled. External commission tracking is disabled.
Attribution
The attribution rule, stated before any commercial discussion.
Attribution is the part that usually goes wrong. We fix it in the data model rather than in argument.
Rule
Every request carries a platform origin timestamp recorded at creation. A client that already exists in the partner's own CRM or records before that timestamp is excluded from FK HERMES POWERCARS attribution by default. An exception applies only where a written attribution agreement exists and its evidence reference is recorded against the request. Duplicate-check results are stored alongside the request so both sides review the same facts.
Mechanics
How a referral relationship would work.
Partner is the provider
The owner, agency, broker or operator remains the contracting provider for the charter or sale. We do not contract for the vessel, hold client funds or take payment.
Territory and jurisdiction gate
Each market is target, under review, authorised, suspended or expired. Authorised requires a written evidence reference. Unknown or expired blocks referral entirely.
Compliance gate
A request cannot progress to referral, offer, negotiation or order while its compliance check is unknown, failed or expired. The block is enforced in the database.
Written referral and commission
No commission is assumed. Referral scope, fees, data handling, response times and exclusivity — if any — require a signed written agreement before anything is routed.
No inventory or price claims
Until partner evidence exists and the corresponding flags are enabled, the platform publishes no vessel, no rate, no availability and no partner name or logo.
Money separation
Pipeline, invoiced, settled and cash-reconciled amounts are tracked as distinct states per service line. Only bank-reconciled cash is treated as revenue.
Staged validation
A first conversation carries no commitment. Progression is reviewed at day 30, 60 and 90, with optional continuation to 180 days.
Conditions
What must exist before any routing happens.
- —A written referral or cooperation agreement, recorded with an evidence reference.
- —A written attribution agreement if any pre-existing client is to be included.
- —A written commission or fee arrangement, if any is intended.
- —Confirmed licensing, insurance, flag and jurisdiction position for the intended territory.
- —Verified contracting entity on both sides, with data-handling terms.
Maritime and cross-border activity is subject to contract, insurance, flag, port and coastal-state rules and local law. FK HERMES POWERCARS does not guarantee yacht condition, legal title, flag, registration, berth, crew, insurance, charter availability, charter licence, VAT or tax treatment, delivery, import, export, sanctions clearance or financing.
