Independent proposal

Global partner / dealer preview: a staged pilot.

This page describes how FK HERMES POWERCARS proposes to work with an authorised dealer, importer or premium vehicle group across territory-scoped markets. It is a proposal document. It does not evidence, announce or imply any existing partnership, authorisation or agreement.

Status disclosure. This is an independent proposal by FK HERMES POWERCARS. No dealer, importer or manufacturer named in any conversation is a partner of FK HERMES POWERCARS unless a written authorisation is recorded and the corresponding platform flag is enabled. Public display of partner names is currently disabled. Partner referral routing is currently disabled.

Ground rules

What is true before anything is signed.

  • —The first step is a 20 to 30 minute validation discussion. A first meeting creates no commitment of any kind, on either side.
  • —No vehicle is required as a prerequisite to begin the pilot. The pilot starts with demand and process, not with an asset.
  • —The pilot is progressive and reversible: either side may stop at any checkpoint without penalty.
  • —Any demonstration or business-development vehicle is considered only after an agreed commercial gate and a recorded written partner authorisation.
  • —Checkpoints run at days 30, 60 and 90, with optional continuation to day 180. No vehicle sale is required at day 90.
  • —Rotation-fleet access is a possible later outcome only. It is never an entitlement and depends on a written agreement and measured results.

Attribution rule

Your existing customers stay yours.

A lead already present in your CRM before our recorded platform-origin timestamp is excluded from FK HERMES POWERCARS attribution by default. The only exception is where a written attribution agreement exists and its evidence reference is recorded against that request by an administrator. The rule is enforced in the database, not by goodwill: a request marked as pre-existing in a partner system cannot be treated as ours without that recorded written reference, and every attribution change is written to the audit log.

Structure

What the pilot actually tests.

The pilot tests whether qualified, compliant demand can be produced and progressed — not whether a car can be sold in ninety days.

Attribution

Every referred request carries an origin reference so both sides can agree, later, who produced it. Attribution is recorded at creation, not reconstructed.

Pipeline stages

Interest, contacted, qualified, compliance review, referral ready, referred, test-drive requested, offer, negotiation, order, delivered, won or lost.

Compliance gates

A request cannot reach referral, test drive, offer or order while a compliance check is unknown, failed or expired. The block is enforced in the database, not by convention.

Test-drive handling

The platform can raise a test-drive request. Only the authorised partner can confirm one, and only when the confirmation flag is enabled with a recorded evidence reference.

Mileage and business trips

Business kilometres and trip purpose are logged per vehicle so activity is measurable rather than asserted.

Vehicle ROI

Where a vehicle is actually supplied under a written agreement, cost is measured against reconciled revenue and documented business kilometres.

Rotation fleet

A possible future outcome, not an entitlement. It depends on a written partner agreement and measured ROI from the pilot.

Money separation

Pipeline, invoiced, settled and cash-reconciled amounts are tracked as distinct states. Only bank-reconciled cash is treated as revenue.

Checkpoints

Reviews at days 30, 60, 90 and 180.

Day 30

Setup and demand signal

  • —Referral scope and category coverage agreed in writing
  • —Qualified lead volume and quality reviewed
  • —Compliance gate configuration confirmed
Day 60

Conversion mechanics

  • —Meetings held and response times measured
  • —Test-drive requests raised and handled by the authorised party
  • —Attribution accuracy reconciled on both sides
Day 90

Commercial progression

  • —Offers and negotiations in progress reviewed
  • —No vehicle sale is required at this checkpoint
  • —Blockers documented with owner and next action
Day 180 — optional

Optional continuation and outcome

  • —Continuation beyond day 90 is optional and decided in writing by both sides
  • —Orders, deliveries and reconciled cash reviewed where any exist
  • —Vehicle ROI and revenue per 1,000 business km assessed only if a vehicle was actually supplied

Partner upside

What the partner gains, and keeps.

Qualified incremental demand across markets, without projections. Nothing here is a forecast of volume, revenue or conversion.

  • —Incremental qualified demand, documented before it reaches your team.
  • —Transparent attribution, with pre-existing CRM leads excluded by default.
  • —Controlled downside: no asset commitment, no exclusivity, no fixed fee to start.
  • —You retain pricing, contract, financing, delivery, after-sales and all client-facing authority.
  • —Territory and jurisdiction are recorded per authorisation; nothing is assumed beyond the scope agreed in writing.

Conditions

What must exist before anything commercial happens.

  • —A written authorisation from the dealer or importer, recorded with an evidence reference.
  • —An agreed referral scope: categories, territory, response times and data handling.
  • —A written commission or fee arrangement, if any is intended.
  • —Confirmed jurisdiction, licensing and consumer-protection position for each offer and country.
  • —Verified contracting entity on both sides.
