Submitting any request form — automotive, corporate mobility, yacht charter or yacht acquisition — records an expression of interest. It is not an order, a reservation, a booking, a charter contract, an option, a test-drive confirmation, an offer capable of acceptance, or a binding commitment by you or by us. We may decline to progress any request.

No payment, deposit or fee is collected through this website, and no payment instrument details are requested. Never send payment on the basis of this website alone.

Content is provided for general information. Categories, sizes, specifications and service descriptions may change. Nothing constitutes a statement of availability, rate, price or performance for a specific vehicle or vessel, and no vessel inventory, charter window, berth or crew is offered.

Where a request is referred to a dealer, importer, lessor, insurer, yacht agency, yacht broker, charter operator, owner or manager, that provider contracts with you directly on its own terms and remains the contracting party unless a separate written agreement establishes otherwise. It is responsible for its own confirmations, pricing, availability, licensing, delivery and after-sales obligations.

We are an independent origination and business-development platform. We are not a licensed yacht broker, yacht dealer, charter broker, charter operator or ship agent, and we do not guarantee yacht condition, legal title, flag, registration, berth, crew, insurance, charter availability, a charter licence, VAT or other tax treatment, import or export clearance, sanctions clearance or financing. No commission or referral fee is assumed; any such economics require a signed written agreement.

Do not submit false information, another person's data without authority, sensitive documents, or unlawful content. Do not attempt to access non-public areas of the platform.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from decisions taken by third parties. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The governing law and forum will be stated in the final terms together with the confirmed contracting entity. Until then no choice of law or forum is asserted.
